When is my fee due?
Your fee for our services will be due 7 days after the transaction closes.
What if my transaction falls through at no fault of my own?
No worries! We understand the nature of the business and if you don’t get paid, we don’t get paid. It’s that simple! Your fee is only due if the transaction closes.
Do you handle negotiations?
Negotiations is one area where we are hands off! We believe that aspect of the job is where you have the best opportunity to advocate for your client and develop a foundation of trust and respect. We leave that part to you!
